Meet Landan Duffy

Born and raised in Keller, Texas, Landan Duffy has spent a lifetime cultivating a deep appreciation for thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces. Growing up around landscaping, his passion for craftsmanship and detail developed early and naturally evolved into a career built on quality, precision, and pride in execution.

After high school, Landan spent five years as a manager for a large residential landscaping firm, where he refined his expertise in project management, site preparation, and advanced drainage solutions. His exposure to high-end landscape construction led him to discover a strong interest in artificial turf while working at Top Cut, where he specialized in base preparation and drainage systems for premium turf installations. Working closely with installation teams gave him a unique, behind-the-scenes understanding of what truly separates an average turf project from an exceptional one.

That foundation became the standard upon which LTD Turf was built—an uncompromising focus on proper construction, long-term performance, and elevated aesthetics.

Outside of work, Landan’s greatest priority is his family. He and his wife, Rylie Duffy, enjoy spending their time with their son, Hayes Duffy, who inspires the values that guide the company: integrity, reliability, and excellence. These principles are reflected in every project LTD Turf undertakes.
